Events setting

Alerts events are predefined events that are triggered on specifics actions. For instance, you can active "On Message In" event and write a script for it! So when you receive a message, your script will be executed!
To setup event, go to the business tab and click on "Events Settings."

So you just have to active an event and write script for it!
